  • Only domains cited across at least 2 independent projects AND clearing 25 citations in both weeks qualify, a domain appearing from zero reflects new monitoring coverage, not a genuine move, and is excluded. Movement of ±0.2pp or less is treated as noise.
  • Week-over-week movement is descriptive, not causal, a spike can reflect model behaviour, news cycles, or the mix of questions asked.
